FreeEmailDatabase is committed to providing all of its customers with high-quality products and services that follow the strictest permission-based email sending practice. By purchasing our services and agreeing to our Terms of Service, you are also agreeing to this anti-spam policy.

Zero tolerance to spam policy
FreeEmailDatabase is strongly opposed to sending unsolicited emails and has a zero-tolerance for spam policy. FreeEmailDatabase’s technical support actively monitors services and user activity. Any subscriber or user found to be in violation of this policy and using FreeEmailDatabase’s services for spam will be suspended immediately without any notification, and won’t be allowed to use FreeEmailDatabase’s services. What is Spam?
Spam means unsolicited email. Unsolicited means that the recipient has not given you direct permission to contact them. By sending an email to those who have not requested to receive it, you are not following accepted permission-based email guidelines.

Spam and Best Practices
As a provider, we feel it’s our responsibility to be extra vigilant about preventing spam-related abuse. It’s also in our best interest to keep the system clean. For that reason we offer and may update from time to time, articles outlining sending best practices in our knowledge base and shared guidelines. For example, we offer guidelines about list permission and best practices. You may only use our product and services in accordance with these best practices, and server hosting providers may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these guidelines/best practices and we (FreeEmailDatabase) will not be responsible in any case since spamming is strictly prohibited.

Please don’t use our product or services to send anything offensive, to promote anything illegal, or to harass anyone. You may NOT send:

Emails offering to sell illegal goods or services | Emails that violate CAN-SPAM Laws | Pornography/sexually explicit content.
